Environment

Responsible operations begin with environmental stewardship and team member health and safety.

At CSW, we believe that how we operate is just as important as what we achieve.  Our commitment to our core values extends to our operations, where we are focused on keeping our team members safe, minimizing our impact on the environment and our surrounding communities, and using a forward-looking approach to making our operations sustainable and our product lines increasingly renewable and eco-friendly.

Environmental Performance

We continue to make significant progress in improving our internal processes to become a more efficient and sustainable company.  In fiscal 2025, we conducted our first company-wide inventory of energy usage, water consumption, and Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions, which is presented below.  This information establishes a baseline that will be used to help measure the future success of our ongoing programs to reduce the intensity of our energy usage, water consumption, emissions and waste.

Safety

A dedication to continued safety improvement.

CSW Industrials’ goal is a zero-incident workplace, and we are committed to creating and maintaining a safe, healthy working environment. We have developed a health and safety program that focuses on implementing policies and training programs to ensure that all employees understand this commitment. We maintain a global Environmental, Health & Safety Policy that is applicable to all our employees, operations and activities. Our health and safety strategies are consistently reviewed at the highest management levels, and by our Board of Directors on a quarterly basis, and updated as changes occur in our business. Employees are empowered to identify and report safety concerns and take corrective actions.
